Hello, Kids at home! How are you?

Here are the activities that we will be doing this week at school, so that you can do them at home (if you were absent). Take your time and do them at your own rythym.
Monday, August 9th & Tuesday, August 10th
We'll keep on working on the final outcome!
- Final Outcome. Choose a member from your family and describe him/her.
- Step 1. Make the cover. Write your name.
- Step 2. Draw your family and write in the lines: "We are the (surname) family"
- Step 3. Choose a member from your family (mum, Dad, Sister, Brother, etc) only 1. Write in the lines
"This is my (member)"
"He / She is (number) years old"
"He / she likes (food)"
"He / she doesn't like (food)"
Draw the food he / she likes and doesn't like.
- Step 4. Write what you family member can and can't do (actions). and draw it.
- Step 5. Draw your family member in one art of your house. Write "My (member) is in the (part of the house)
Then, stick everything on colour papers and make a mini book.
Tuesday, August 10th
Read and cicle the correct option:
Wednesday, August 11th
Take a look at the following photocopy and it's poster: there're 2 sentences written as an example. Then, you will have to put in order the following 2 sentences. Finally, you have to fill in the blanks of the following two sentences.
If you are willing to, you can write your own sentences using your picture dictionary and 'THE _____ IS _____" structure.
Example: The cat is brown. The tree is green. The sun is yellow.
Thursday, August 12th
Reading> Big Pig on a dig: Practise reading aloud and pronunciation by enjoying this story.
Online activity: We will work on this liveworksheet to sequence the story. You can match the rhyming words, too.
